1. Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or use Easy LiveStream ("the service", "we"). By signing up or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1.1 The service

Easy LiveStream helps you livestream pre-recorded videos and forward one stream to several platforms at the same time (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok, Shopee and custom RTMP servers). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these platforms.

1.2 Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a contract in your country.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
  • Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without permission. You can sign out of every device from your Profile page.

1.3 Acceptable use

You may only stream and upload content that you own or have the right to use. You must not use the service to:

  • broadcast content that infringes copyright or other rights, or that is illegal, violent, sexual, hateful or misleading;
  • break the rules of the platforms you stream to, including rules about pre-recorded content, fake views or spam;
  • attack, overload or try to access parts of the service or other accounts that you are not allowed to access.

We may stop a livestream, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice. A platform may also limit or close your channel; that decision belongs to the platform, not to us.

1.4 Linked accounts

When you link a YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or other account, you allow Easy LiveStream to create and manage livestreams on that account on your behalf. You can remove a linked account at any time on the Linked Account page, and revoke access in the settings of each platform.

1.5 Plans and uploaded videos

  • Each plan has limits (livestreams per day, destinations, duration, quality, storage...). The FREE plan has the lowest limits.
  • We may change prices or limits in the future. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
  • Uploaded videos may be deleted if your plan expires and is not renewed. Always keep an original copy on your own computer.

1.6 Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is". Livestreams can be interrupted by your internet connection, the platforms, or maintenance. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

1.7 Ending the service

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time on the Profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or do not pay.

1.8 Changes to these terms

We may update these policies. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

2. Protection of personal information

2.1 Information we collect

  • Account: full name, email, phone number, user type, profile picture and referral code. Your password is stored only as a secure hash; we cannot read it.
  • Linked accounts: channel name, ID and avatar. Login tokens from YouTube, Facebook or Twitch are kept in your browser. If you use Firefox Portable login, the platform login session is stored in a separate profile folder on the computer running Easy LiveStream.
  • Livestreams: titles, destinations and stream statistics. Stream keys are used only while the livestream is running.
  • Videos: the files you upload and their technical information (duration, resolution).
  • Payments: orders, amounts, the PayPal order number and the PayPal email used to pay. We never receive or store your card number.
  • Technical data: a login cookie, and browser storage for your language and settings.

2.2 How we use it

We use this information only to run the service: to sign you in, livestream to the places you choose, process payments and auto-renewals, pay affiliate commissions, send in-app notifications, keep the service secure and answer support requests.

2.3 Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is needed with:

  • the platforms you choose to stream to (for example YouTube receives your livestream title and video);
  • PayPal, to process your payments;
  • authorities, when required by law.

2.4 Storage and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and profile picture are deleted. Payment records may be kept longer when required for accounting or legal reasons. To remove uploaded videos or other data, delete them in the app or contact us.

2.5 Your rights

  • View and correct your information on the Profile page.
  • Delete your account on the Profile page.
  • Revoke our access to your platforms: Google, Facebook, Twitch.

2.6 Security and children

We protect your data with hashed passwords, access controls and restricted storage, but no system is 100% secure. The service is not intended for children under 13.

3. Payments, ELS Coin and refunds

3.1 Security of payment information

  • Prices are charged in US dollars (USD) through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or a Visa / Master card through PayPal's secure checkout.
  • Card and bank details are entered only on PayPal. Easy LiveStream never sees or stores them.
  • The amount is always calculated by our server, and your plan is activated only after PayPal confirms the full payment.

3.2 ELS Coin

  • ELS Coin is prepaid credit used to buy and renew plans. When you top up, $1 = 10 ELS Coin.
  • ELS Coin cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  • Top-ups are between $5 and $1,000 per payment.

3.3 Auto-renewal

  • Auto-renewal is on when you buy a plan. When the plan expires, the price of 1 month is deducted from your ELS Coin and the plan is extended by 1 month.
  • If your balance is not enough, we notify you 3 days before the renewal date. If it is still not enough on that date, your plan returns to FREE and renews as soon as you top up.
  • You can turn auto-renewal off at any time on the ELS Coin page.

3.4 Discounts

Discounts for longer durations, promo codes and the 20% referral discount on your first plan purchase can be combined, up to a total of 50%.

3.5 Refunds

  • Plans and ELS Coin are non-refundable once activated, except when you were charged twice by mistake or the service could not be provided because of our fault.
  • Buying a different plan replaces your current plan from that day without a refund. Buying the same plan again extends its expiry date.
  • If you paid but your plan or ELS Coin was not activated, contact us within 15 days with the order number shown on the Plan page.
  • Opening a chargeback or dispute for a payment you made may lead to the account being suspended while it is reviewed.

4. Affiliate terms

  • After joining the affiliate program, you receive 20% of all money paid through PayPal by people who signed up with your referral link, for the life of their account.
  • 10% personal income tax is withheld from each commission before it is added to your balance.
  • You can withdraw to PayPal when your balance is at least $50. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid manually. You can also convert your balance to ELS Coin instantly; conversions are final.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam and misleading advertising are not allowed. Commissions from refunded or disputed payments, or earned by breaking these rules, can be removed.
  • We may change the commission rate for future payments. Commissions already earned are not affected.
